Davao: Huling Hirit sa Tag-init!!! (UST CRS Faculty-Admin Team Building)

June 5 to 7, 2009
Nabuklat ko lang ung lumang multiply entry ko ng Davao City (board review season two years ago). Hehe.

It was such a fun fun fun getaway for the whole UST CRS faculty and admin. Can you imagine, 2am dapat nasa airport na kami for our 4:05am flight na dapat ay Zest Air pero may aircraft situation daw sila so nilipat kami sa PAL which is much much better, sabi nung mga naka-try na mag-zest air! hehe. So during the Eden and Davao City tour, we were like zombies walking and laughing around na sobrang hyped-up dahil sa ZIPLINE na tinatawag nilang SKYRIDER! wahahahaha! weeeee ~

And then we went island hopping! Super gaganda ng mga corals ng Davao. As in! walang sinabi ung sa galera, haha! Or maybe dahil wala kami dala food kaya wala lumalapit na fishes.

After the island tour, we played FOOSBALL again! hehe. And played volleyball kung saan nanalo ang team namin (Sir D2, Sir Paul, Jombee, Rian, Mam Marty and our MVP Sir Alvin! hehe)

We also planned for nighttime activties (para kapag off na ung mga amenities, may magagawa pa rin kami! :p) First night, cottage 16-A (sir D2's, sir ivan's and reil's)! VIDEOKE! Second night, cottage 19-B (Salonga's)! CARD GAMES and VIDEOKE pa rin! Card games: tong-its, good mornig queen - hi jack - saludo sa king, at syempre ang walang kamatayang 1-2-3 PASS (bokya ako)!

Day 3 was intended for the college planning/reporting. All the departments and the different committees presented their plans for the whole school year. After that, off we went to the mainland where we celebrated the Holy Mass at San Pedro Hospital (run by Dominican sisters also). We had lunch (c/o of the Dominican sisters, thank you po!) and went shopping for pasalubongs. (Day 3 outfit: white top and khaki/beige bottom).

For me, this getaway is the very definition of "HULING HIRIT SA TAG-INIT!!!" :p
