jogging debut!!!

Why would you like to make jogging as part of your everyday routine?

Steph - "para pumayat ako..."

Kas - "para bumilis bilis ang kilos ko, hehe"

Rian - "feeling ko magiging osteoporotic na ako pag di ko pa to ginawa; bumagsak na rin ang CV endurance ko since mag-stop ako magswim!"
